Just because the old adage of “You can always tell when a politician is lying because their lips are moving” has technically become outdated in the age of social media (assuming they are capable of typing without moving their lips – a trick I’m not convinced all of them can pull off, truth be told),  doesn’t make the core idea of the adage any less valid.

This will no doubt come as a shock to you, but my toddler has precisely zero interest in your political aspirations, so perhaps the portion of your over-bloated campaign budget you used to constantly interrupt his Thomas the Tank Engine videos on YouTube with the same ad over and over again might have been better spent.

Yes, I’m talking to both of you.

Please show greater courtesy and better sense in your future endeavours, be they presidential or otherwise.
